[font=Lucida Console]i wonder if you can help me..i posted a story some time ago about my grandad coming to see me.im trying to see how i can get him to come through more often and why hes still visiting me?
im going to look at meditation books to see how i can calm myself and go from there?i have all sorts of chakra stones and a huge amethyist rock that i sit by...i feel thats the one that works for me.does anyone know how i start?

Hi Annie.

Normally when a passed over relative continues to visit then it could mean that they are around you to make sure that you are coping with the loss of losing them. The problem is that when they visit and then you in turn feel their presence then all the emotions of losing them over come you so its made very difficult for you to move on with your life.
As a rule when we sense passed over relatives over a long period then it could mean that they have something to tell you so you can both move on, because it is not healthy to dwell on the sadness and the loss.

In terms of making contact i would try and find a comfy place to sit, close your eyes, regulate your breathing, and when you feel yourself at your most relaxed imagine in your mind a room with 2 chairs. You need to sit in 1 chair and then you need to invite your grandad to sit in the other. Then in your mind just sit and have a conversation with him.

Note: When you do this, ask him about the pocket watch

i was wondering annie did the pocket watch mean anything to you? its just my grandad died and left me a pocket watch

it had been lost for around 15 years which it has now been found.
im going for a private sitting soon as i need closure on this
butdont know how to find out where a good medium is?
ive heard so many of them are fake....but until i go who knows

Its a bit hit and miss when it comes to finding a good sincere medium.
The thing to remember is that even mediums have off days, and as a medium we can only give you information that is given to us from the spirit world, so what you want closure for, the information might not come through to deal with that.

I would advise going to a spiritulist church service you may be lucky and get a message through the reader at the service. if not see if the church has a reader that you can see privatly, most do.
