I am the co-owner of a paranormal team based in East Anglia.
In over 100 + investigations we have not once caught something on camera or video. We dont know why this is, but it does form part of our research.
But what we do get a lot of are EVP's. Which can be either recordings from the past or a spirit trying to communicate with the living.
We do have an interesting EVP that i would be most gratefull of your opinion. Just follow the link.

| Plucked up the courage to listen to your recording, and it sent shivers up my spine. Were you there at the time, and did you actually hear that? Sounds like someone yelling. Very eerie. |

We was there standing within a few feet of the tape recorder. But we did not hear anything at the time, only when we played the tape back at the end of the night did we hear that 'scream'.
But in that same location it was used as a place of torture, muder, sacrifice and pain, so we found it interesting. |

Oh gosh that's really interesting. Do you think it could be a memory replaying itself? I do believe places store memories of things that happened. It's certainly an unsettling sound. I was going to post yesterday that it sounds like someone screaming, not in pain but to frighten someone, but thought it sounded silly. But now you've mentioned it was used as a place of torture, then I'm not surprised. There's so much suffering in history isn't there. Don't think I can bring myself to listen to your other examples - I'm a sensitive soul, but curious all the same!! Are they along the same lines? |
