to connect -as i shall refer to it- with your guide you firstly need to be relaxed and you need to 'shift' to a higher vibration as you may already know your boby contains chakras that each vibrate at a frequency. all you need to do it shift that vibration up a little to get nearer to your guides frequency as most guides and spirits have a higher frequency to our own. the easiest way to begin the 'tuning' is to begin to meditate wich is basicly steady breathing and quiet time the guided visulisations will probably help you relax and open up too if you have any questions about anything please ask

Spirit within can attune to spirit without. It is about energy, light, vibration. To attune to the spirit within we use meditation to quiet the physical vibration to access the spirit vibration. Many do it with chakras, and many do it without chakras. It is meditation at its finest.

When we attune with spirit to reach a specific source (guide) we use a symbol that allows us to identify when we are in the light and not the lower realms. Provide a symbol and seat in your meditation and your guide will join you and work on your symbol. Change to your visualization may occur.
