My friend (a Cancerian like me) sent me a tigers eye crystal beautifully wrapped as a birthday present. She sent it to me as a 'confidence' stone as I was about to start an intensive driving course when I received it and was convinced I wouldn't be any good at driving.

I knew it was a special stone when I felt it gently buzzing in my palm. Not all stones vibrate when I hold them, and the ones that do are usually the ones I buy.

Anyway I carried it in my pocket throughout the course and my confidence soared from day to day. I cried in front of my instructor on day one of the course as I was sooo nervous about driving, however as the week wore on he kept saying how lovely it'd been to watch my confidence grow with each day.

I didn't pass my first test unfortunately, but I was no way near as nervous during the test as I was at the beginning of the course. In fact I was convinced I'd passed!!

Just wanted to share that with you. I don't know if the stone really had anything to do with it, but it was lovely to be sent it; it felt like I was carrying my friend's support in my pocket
